Crock Pot Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

  1. Dice celery and carrots into 1/4 inch cubes. Mince onion into 1/4 inch pieces. Chop mushrooms into 1/4 pieces. Deposit all into the bottom of crock pot.
  2. Cut chicken tenders into bite size cubes and deposit into crock pot. Mix together with already added vegetables.
  3. Pour cream of chicken over mixture. Mix well. Add 2 cans of broth, stirring till well blended.Add cup of rice, mixing until rice is covered.
  4. Add rosemary and thyme to sachet. Tie and drop in crock pot.
  5. Cover crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours on low. Stir well before serving.
