  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. In a bowl mix together the cream of celery, cream of chicken, milk, and mayonnaise.
  2. Now place all rice in the bottom of your casserole dish. Then layer the broccoli, chicken, sauce mixture, shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Take your croutons and place them into a plastic bag and smash the bag with a utensil to get more of a bread crumb texture but still with some chunks.
  4. Sprinkle the contents of the bag on top of your casserole. Bake 20-30 minutes or until croutons start to brown.
