  1. Grease a large frying pan and put it on the stove with medium heat.
  2. Pour the peas into the frying pan, along with the tofu cubes. Let it fry for about 3 minutes, stirring/flipping continuously with the spatula. Then add the chopped carrots. Let it fry for about 3 minutes, also stirring/flipping continuously.
  3. Reduce the heat in the pan to low. To scramble eggs: Take a small mixing bowl, crack the two eggs. Add the milk and whisk for about one minute. Add to the frying pan and increase heat to medium. Let it fry for about 5 minutes stirring/flipping continuously.
  4. Take out another frying pan, grease it, and put it on medium heat. Take each tortilla, one at a time, and put it on the frying pan, cooking it for one minute on each side.
  5. If you want any sauce, coat the tortillas with it, then divide the vegetable/egg mixture into thirds and scoop 1/3 of it onto each tortilla.
