mix worcestershire package with the water and toss the shrimp in it in a medium sized bowl.
On medium heat, heat olive oil, garlic and the fiery chili fuion to release the flavors.
Add the shrimp and cook until almost done. (about 2 minutes on each side) remove shrimp and add cream with about 1/4 cup flour to thicken. add the shrimp back to the creamy mixture and cook until done about 4 more minutes
