  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Liberally prick bottom and sides of pie shell with fork. Bake at 375 for 10 - 12 minutes. Cool on rack.
  3. Lower oven temp to 350. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, let cool slightly. Cut cheese into 1/2" slices; toss with flour; set aside.
  4. Combine eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in spinach and cheese. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
