  1. Toast the nuts lightly in a pan on low heat
  2. Put all but cheese and oil in processor and blend till incorporated
  3. Slowly add oil, scraping sides as needed.
  4. Transfer to bowl and stir in cheese.
  5. (If freezing, leave out the cheese till ready to use)
