  1. In a small saucepan heat milk until warm. Add the chocolate in small pieces and stir until combined.
  2. Add flour 1 tablespoon at a time into the milk/chocolate mixture. Let thicken on low heat until the consistency of brownie batter.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. While the milk/chocolate/flour mixture is cooling cream butter and sugar together until light and creamy.
  5. Once milk/chocolate/flour mixture is cooled, stir in the peppermint extract. It is extremely important to cool the milk/chocolate/flour mixture before you add the peppermint.
  6. With the wire attachment on a electric mixer whip the milk/chocolate/flour mixture with the butter/sugar mixture for 5-6 minutes or until light and fluffy. Spread on cool cake and enjoy!
