  1. Clean flowers and dry with paper towel.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix eggs, milk and oil. Add the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in pan.
  4. Dip Zucchini flowers in batter and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Sprinkle with salt.
  6. Enjoy
