Combine heavy whipping cream, whole milk, organic sugar, and pure peppermint extract in a bowl. Add mixture to ice cream maker and freeze for 25 to 30 minutes (time varies according to ice cream maker specifications). As mixture thickens and whips up into ice cream towards the end of the 25 to 30 minutes, add in the organic dark chocolate and fresh strawberries. Allow all ingredients to mix for an additional 3 to 5 minutes. Turn off ice cream maker and serve immediately. Store the remaining ice cream in a container in your freezer for later enjoyment!
