  1. Greace 9x13 pan. Mix crust and pat into bottom of pan. Bake @350 for 10-20 min untill golden brown. Cook filling all together and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Beat egg whites untill foamy and white. Add sugar slowly, then salt, then vanilla. Continue beating untill stiff peaks form. Pour cooled filling over crust, top with meringue and bake @350 untill golden brown on top. Serve warm with ice cream, or cooled with whipped cream.
