"This is a recipe that I made up. In the past I just made a quick tomato and onion balsamic salad. One day I had some left over steamed Brussels sprouts that I added to the mixture and it turned our amazing. It is even better the next day."

  1. 1. Half and cut the ends off the Spouts
  2. 2. Quarter the roma tomatoes and remove mucus and seeds
  3. 3. Slice and chop large sweet onion
  4. 4. Chop a few shallots
  5. 1. lightly steam the Brussels sprouts (over steaming will make the too soft)
  6. 2. Mix with tomatoes, onions, and shallots
  7. 3. Mix 50% oil with 50% balsamic vinegar (add salt and pepper, remix
  8. 4. Pour over the vegtables
