  1. In mixing bowl, combine the flours, sugar, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  2. In separate bowl or measuring cup, mix milk, oil and egg, and stir until combined, then add to dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Rest Batter 5 minutes while preheating pan over medium heat or turning a griddle to 375 degrees.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto pan or griddle and cook until golden on both sides
