  1. In a skillet, bring water to a simmer.
  2. Add the celery, broccoli, carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts and ginger. Simmer 6-8 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp. Drain water if not cooked off.
  3. Add garlic and cook a couple of minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the sesame oil and soy sauce. Cook off most of the liquid.
  5. Stir in toasted sesame seeds.
  6. Plate and garnish with black sesame seeds, if desired.
