Original recipe yields 6 servings

  1. Heat grill
  2. In small bowl tear up bread and add milk, mix lightly – more milk if dry, should be soggy
  3. On cookie sheet spread out ground beef fluff lightly – don’t mush
  4. Same with ground pork distributing evenly on top
  5. Sprinkle evenly with seasonings, Worcestershire, ketchup, garlic, onion, oil and egg
  6. Lightly fold together and mix lightly with fork
  7. Let rest a few minutes while buttering rolls
  8. Form into 6 patties and grill on medium heat about 5 minutes per side
  9. Add cheese and cover and cook 2 more minutes or until cheese just melts
  10. Serve on garlic buttered and toasted snow flake or onion rolls with toppings
  11. (I like a little of all toppings)
