1. Mix marinade as package directs, pour half ¼ cup of the mixed marinade over the chicken breast portions in a plastic resealable bag. Mushing the bag to get the marinade on all of the chicken. Place chicken in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours. Put reserved ¼ cup marinade in the refrigerator until later.
2. When ready to cook. Mix all of the vegetables and beans in a large bowl, pour reserved marinade over vegetables in bowl and mix well.
3. Place each chicken piece in the middle of a piece of foil; top with about 1 ½ cups of the veggie mixture. Double fold the foil and grill on medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is done all the way through.
3. To serve top with shredded Mexican blend cheese or your favorite shredded cheese
