  1. Preheat oven to 325'F. Lightly butter a 12-cup fluted tube pan.
  2. In a large bowl, with a handheld electric mixer set on low speed, beat all ingredients until completely moistened; then beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 min, then turn out into serving plate.
  4. Serve with butter sauce or berries and cream.
