In a medium mixing bowl, combine hot sauce, paprika, chili powder, onion flakes, garlic, cilantro, brown sugar and salt & pepper and whisk until well blended.
Place the crushed tortilla chips in a separate bowl.
Dip the chicken breasts into the mixture and generously coat both sides. Then roll and coat with the tortilla chips, covering well. Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased baking pan, cover with foil, let stand for 20 minutes before baking.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees.
