  1. Line a 13 by 9 inch baking sheet with foil. Spray or butter the foil.
  2. Bring sugar, evaporated milk, and butter to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Stir in butterscotch chips and marshmallows until melted. Pour into prepared pan. Chill in the refridgerator for 8 hours to set up.
