  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Stir in spaghetti and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente. Drain.
  2. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, oregano, and cumin. Set aside.
  3. While the spaghetti is cooking, brown the ground beef or turkey, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  4. Stir in the beans, tomatoes, mushrooms (if using), broth, garlic, seasoning mixture and Parmesan cheese. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Plate spaghetti, top with chili, and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
