  1. Combine active yeast packet 1/4 cup water and honey in bowl, stir and let it dissolve for 10 minutes
  2. Add salt, olive oil, 3/4 cup equally warm water and 1 cup flour, stir. Add another cup of flour, stir. Add another half cup or so and stir until it gets annoying and add the remaining on a board and knead it in with your hand.
  3. Put the dough back in a the bowl lightly coated in olive oil. Put a damp towel over the bowl and let it rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Move it to a floured board and deflate the dough, cut into quarters and shape them into smaller balls. Let those rise for an additional 20.
  5. Shape them into ~8" or so crusts and place them on a pan with a little cornmeal. Brush the top with olive oil and put on your toppings.
  6. Place on the bottom of a 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. Move it to the middle for another 4-5 minutes or until it looks done.
