  1. Boil diced potatoes in salted water 10-15 minutes until tender. drain and cool.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Add potatoes, eggs and veggies. Combine well, sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate.
  4. Optional: bacon bits are good too
