Original recipe yields 24 servings

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt butter and add to graham crumbs, mix.
  3. Press 1/2 of graham mixture in 9x13 inch pan, leaving 1/2 cup mixture to sprinkle on top.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar, vanilla and eggs one at a time until smooth.
  6. Pour over graham mixture.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Drain pineapple well; add to sour cream and vanilla.
  10. Carefully pour over cheesecake.
  11. Sprinkle remaining crumbs.
  12. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
  13. Completely cool, cut into squares and enjoy!
