  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in coconut and oats.
  6. Drop on wax paper or cookie sheets by tablespoons.
  7. Let sit for 10-15 minutes or until hardened and dry.
