  1. brown 3 pds of sausage with one large onion and 6 cloves of garlic. Drain. Layer In 11x13 dish.
  2. Sausage Mixture
  3. 1/2 of the green pepper
  4. 1/2 of the celery
  5. can of cream of mushroom soup
  6. 1/2 of the cheese block
  7. 1 and 1/2 cup of rice
  8. Sausage Mixture
  9. rest of the green pepper
  10. rest of the celery
  11. can of cream mushroom soup
  12. 1 and 1/2 cup of rice
  13. rest of the block of cheese
  14. pour 4 cans of chicken broth over the top
  15. make sure all the rice is covered
  16. cover with aluminum foil
  17. cook at 350 for 2 1/2 hours
