  1. Bring milk to simmer over medium heat.
  2. Remove milk from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  3. Whisk in buttermilk.
  4. Let mixture stand overnight at room temperature.
  5. Strain yogurt-like mixture in cheesecloth overnight in refrigerator.
  6. Enjoy!
