  1. Braise the chicken breasts with the olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell peppers and minced garlic and saute until the onions are translucent.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer covered for about 30 minutes or until the chicken comes apart with a fork. Shred the chicken by pulling it apart using two forks held back to back.
  3. Add the capers and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and serve over al-dente prepared Farfalle (bow-tie pasta).
