  1. Drain fruits and save juice. It is important to drain well or salad will be too juicy
  2. Put instant pudding in large mixing bowl.
  3. Add 2 1/2 cups of reserved juice and stir into pudding until smooth.
  4. Fold in all drained fruits
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. Add bananas right before serving
  7. Optional: add strawberries, apples, kiwi, or any other fruit you like
