  1. In bowl add cornmeal, salt and pepper (and panko crumbs and reach seasoning is desired).
  2. Dip fillets into egg then into seasoned cornmeal.
  3. Pour Cooking oil into frying pan at least 1/2 in deep. Heat to smoking stage. Drop fish into oil. Brown on both sides.
