  1. Boil the chicken and bone,while the bird is cooking chop the celery,if you have for example, 4 pound of boned chicken, then you need 2 pound of celery.
  2. after the chicken is cooked chop the meat and mix with the celery enough mayo and season with white pepper and salt then add lemon juice ( the lemon juice acts as a preservative)
