Mix flour, salt, and shortening until crumbly. Stir in milk, and gather into a ball. Flatten into a 6-inch circle, wrap with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll on a lightly floured board until the dough is slightly larger than baking pan.
Preheat oven to 400. Bring berries, 1/4 C Butter, and salt to boil in a large saucepan, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1-1/4 C Sugar. Pour in 13x9 baking pan. Top with crust. Dot with 1/4 C Butter, sprinkle with 1/4 C Sugar and 1 t Cinnamon. Prick top with fork. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
