  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Flake tuna until no lumps appear.
  3. Mix all ingredients together by hand with a fork or hand beater.
  4. Pour into a loaf pan sprayed first with a non-stick cooking spray
  5. Cover loosely with foil.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until meat thermometer inserted reads 160* (you may need to add up to 20 min cooking time, depending on the size loaf pan you use).
  7. You can uncover for the last 10 min for additional browning if desired.
  8. Substitutions work great see below. Reduced fat condensed soup can be used.
  9. Do NOT use reduced fat mayonnaise!
  10. > Delicious served cold with a side salad on a hot summer day!
