Original recipe yields 4 servings

  1. Herdez Sauce:
  2. Mixed well 6oz Herdez Tomatillo Verdde sauce and the sour cream. Set aside.
  3. Salsa:
  4. Mix the tomatoes, onion, avocado and 6 oz of Herdez Tomatillo Verde sauce. Set aside.
  5. Beans:
  6. Cook in a pot the refried beans and 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheese until melted and mixed together.
  7. Cook eggs any style. Sunny-side-up or poached is recommended. 1-2 eggs for each serving.
  8. To build:
  9. Start with a tortilla. Spoon enough refried bean/cheese mixture and spread around leaving about an inch around the edge. Place egg(s) in the middle. Sprinkle, using from the remainder, shredded cheese on top of egg(s). Spoon around the edge of the bean mixture a thin line of the salsa. Drizzle the sour cream mixture over the egg(s).
  10. Serve.
