Easy Mexican-Style Steak, Rice and Beans Wrap

  1. 1. Season sirloin strips with chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. 2. In a nonstick skillet, sautee sirloin strips until cooked to desired doneness; splash with Worcestershire sauce while cooking.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, prepare Mexican Rice and heat refried beans in the microwave, about 1 minute. Also, heat tortillas in microwave, wrapped in paper towels for about 30 seconds, or until warm and soft.
  4. 4. Put together steak wraps by spreading warmed refried beans on center of tortillas. Then, top with Mexican rice, steak strips and cheese to taste. Pour desired amount of Tomatillo Verde sauce on top, then roll up tortilla. Top with extra cheese or sauce if desired.
