  1. Combine Cooking Sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, minced garlic and salt in a small mixing bowl until the sugar is dissolved. (Whisk works great!)
  2. Place steak and liquid in a plastic bag and marinate from 1 to 4 hours in refrigerator.
  3. Take steak out of refrigerator 1/2 hour before cooking for it to come to room temperature.
  4. Saute peppers, onions, and canola oil in a pan until soft.
  5. Heat grill to high.
  6. Grill steak on outdoor grill or stove top grill pan until tender to touch. (medium, do not overcook) This should take approximately 3-4 minutes for each side.
  7. Take steak off the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes and slice 1/4" wide across the grain.
  8. Serve with sauted peppers and onions.
