  1. Cook 3 cups rice and 3 cups chicken broth in rice streamer.
  2. saute onion, bell pepper, celery and minced garlic in 5 qt dutch oven- stove top.
  3. Add raw pork to saute mixture and cook until done
  4. add cooked shrimp
  5. simmer for 15 mins
  6. add streamed rice to pork and shrimp and mix well
  7. serve
