  1. Heat butter on medium high heat and sear each side of flank steak for 2 minutes, until charred. Remove and keep warm.
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Add olive oil and garlic, saute for 1 minute. Add all peppers and onions. Saute until slightly wilted.
  3. Stir in entire jar of Herdez Traditional Chipotle Mexican Cooking Sauce. Add flank steak to pan, immersing in peppers and sauce. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  4. Serve sliced steak over a bed of peppers. Garnish with a squeeze of lime, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
