  1. Heat oil to 350 in large skillet or dutch oven.
  2. Rinse and dry chicken wings.
  3. Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt in gallon sized zip bag.
  4. Working in batches toss chicken wings in flour mix. Set aside on foil lined cookie sheet.
  5. Fry 10-15 wings in oil for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. While frying chicken heat Herdez Red Guajillo Chili sauce in small sauce pan and add hot sauce (optional) to taste.
  7. Drain chicken wings on paper towels.
  8. Put fried chicken wings in large bowl and squeeze lime over cooked wings and toss to coat.
  9. Add heated Herdez Red Guajillo Chili sauce to wings and toss to coat.
  10. Keep wings warm in oven until finished cooking.
  11. Serve hot.
