"This is adapted from my regular pancake recipe as our family is going gluten free. Its the only one I tried that the whole family likes. Plus its a good way to get some eggs into my picky kids."

  • Cook

  1. Preheat and grease griddle
  2. mix together eggs, milk, and butter with a whisk until eggs are well beaten
  3. Add dry ingredients, mix until just blended
  4. Add water a needed to thin batter
  5. Pour onto griddle, cook on one side until able to hold together when flipped. Cook other side.
  6. Serve with butter and real maple syrup.
