  1. 1.Mix all of the ingredients for the dressing together.
  2. 2.Quarter the brussel sprouts and cut the sausage in to ¼ inch rings.
  3. 3.Deep fry the sausage and the brussel sprouts at 350 degrees for 40 seconds.
  4. 4.Shake off excess oil and toss some of the dressing.
  5. 5.Transfer to a serving dish and top with toasted cashew
