  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3 quart casserole dish.
  2. Mix together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, & salt. Stir in bread and peaches.
  3. Dollop 6-8 teaspoons of cream cheese on bottom of casserole dish. Add bread mixture on top. Add rest of cream cheese in spoonfuls on top, tucking into mixture with a knife.
  4. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown on top.
  5. For glaze: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Add milk 1/2 tsp. at a time until you reach desired consistency. Spread glaze over top and enjoy.
