  1. 1. Heat EVOO in a skillet until hot
  2. 2. Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl and coat the Talapia filets in the breadcrum mixture.
  3. 3. Place filets in hot skillet
  4. 4. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
  5. 5. Place cooked Talapia on a plate and top with 2 tablespoons of Hot Salsa.
  6. 6. Microwave for 15 seconds.
