Frizzy's All-Purpose Cheese Sauce


"I've spent years trying to make a simple but delicious and versatile cheese sauce. This is the closest I have come yet to something that works for me with noodles, meats, vegetables, just about anything. I even enjoy it as a cold or warm dipping sauce for fried foods."

  1. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Put Velveeta cubes into boiling water, then turn stove to medium low.
  3. Stir until the Velveeta is fully melted, about 1 minute, then add the cheddar and mozzarella.
  4. Once all the cheese is thoroughly melted and mixed, roughly 2 minutes, add the pepper, salt, and parsley.
  5. Turn the heat down to simmer and stir for 2 minutes to spread the seasoning flavors through the sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and serve.
