  1. Make Quinoa then preheat oven 350 F.
  2. In a blender add 3 Tablespoons flax seeds and 1 cup warm water.
  3. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl mix flours, baking powder, salt, almonds and 2 cups of cooked quinoa.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Add vanilla extract, almond extract, agave, succanat and molasses to flax seeds mixture and blend at a high speed.
  7. Add wet mixture from blender to the bowl of flours.
  8. Mix thoroughly.
  9. Use a tablespoon to spoon out onto greased baking pan or just parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  11. Let cool and store away.
