  1. Cut mozzarella into 1" cubes. Separate biscuits and cut into quarters. Roll biscuit piece around each piece of cheese. Wrap with bacon and skewer with toothpick.
  2. Heat 2" of oil in medium stock pot to 350 degrees. Fry bombs in small batches (4-5 at a time.) Remove from oil with slotted spoon and drain on paper towel.
  3. Enjoy hot and bubbly!
