  • Cook

  1. Add Soup and Beef Broth to Slow Cooker,
  2. Cut leftover steak or roast into cubes, add to Cooker,
  3. Clean Vegetables,
  4. Cut and dice vegetables and add to cooker,
  5. Cut and dice onion and add to cooker,
  6. add water as needed (I added about 20 Oz, but I have a small cooker, soup could have used more liquid)
  7. add desired spices as needed or to taste,
  8. Cook on High 2-3 hours
  9. add barley
  10. Continue to cook on high for another 2-3 hours on high or until barley and vegetables are done.
