Grilled Mango Crostini with Honey-Chipotle Drizzle

  1. Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice baguette on the diagonal into 1/2" slices. Slice mangoes into 1/4" slices. Lightly brush mango slices and bread on both sides with olive oil. Season mango slices to taste with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the cooking sauce with the whipped cream cheese. In a separate bowl, whisk remaining 1/4 cup cooking sauce with honey.
  4. Grill mango and bread slices for 3-4 minutes, or until light grill marks appear. Spread cream cheese mixture over bread slices. Top with mango slices. Drizzle honey mixture over crostini, then garnish with cilantro.
