  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a small boil combine olive oil,HERDEZĀ® Traditional Chipotle Mexican Cooking Sauce, pressed garlic, onion powder, chili powder, red pepper flakes and cumin.
  3. Pour chipotle mixture over potato wedges and coat potatoes well.
  4. Place potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Salt and pepper potatoes.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes and then gently turn potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 30 more minutes or until potatoes reach your desired crispness.
