  1. Warm the honey in a small pot. Add lemon juice and lemon pepper. Whisk in Mayonnaise.
  2. Lay cold, crisp lettuce leaves on your salad plate in an attractive array. Crumble, or place egg slices where the lettuce slices converge. Add the orange pieces around the egg. Julienne the red pepper and arrange the slices in an attractive pattern. As pictured, I arranged mine into meaningful Japanese characters.
  3. Drizzle the leaves with Honey Lemon dressing.
