Use fork to poke holes in steak. Place in gallon-size ziplock freezer bag. Add one jar of Herdez Traditional Chipotle Cooking Sauce and one can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Place in refrigerator for several hours to marinate.
Cook steak on stove-top or grill. Medium high heat. Five minutes on each side (for a one-inch thick steak.) Desired done-ness is medium rare.
Let rest for 8 minutes. Cut steak against grain and slice into strips.
Warm re-fried beans. Spread a big spoonful on each tostada.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Add steak pieces.
Garnish with avocado slices, tomato, cilantro, lime wedges and Mexican cheese.
