  1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook chicken until skin is carmelized on each side.
  2. Add one cup of water and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes, making sure chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  3. Add jar of sauce and simmer for seven minutes.
  4. Place on serving platter, garnish with chopped cilantro, lime wedges and a big spoonful of sour cream.
